One of the things I've noticed time and time again are Asians entering bars, raves, etc. And not interacting with the people present, but instead being there to observe, observe just like white cis hetero-normative men and women. The white cis hetero-normative people observe so they can feel in control, to partake in the energy of a event without ever letting go and giving energy back. I wonder why the Asians do it. But I acknowledge my lack of knowledge, but one day I'll learn more.
