Probably because that asshat Vought is laying plans to deny Democrats a win. And like he said, it will be bloodless if the Democrats allow it.
Voting asshat conservatives out means Vought just says “no” and then stuff may get very spicy.

Vought is the epitome of the hated “deep state”. The guy is a lifelong bureaucract pulling the strings from behind the scenes. Most Americans don’t even know OMB exists.
