The regulation A.I. needs is not a million hoops that only the most well funded players can afford, but simply unlimited, absolute liability. If your A.I. results in any harm whatsoever, your whole company goes under. Watch the funding dry up.

@madbarrister@mastodon.social And no disclaimer of liability in any domain that you market the thing as being able to do useful work. Yes, I know Office Copilot says in its T&Cs it's for entertainment only, if you advertise it for use in a business suite then any use in that context is covered by your liability.
