@swisslet @essjax The settlement offer is interesting. Because you don’t have to buy your land, you don’t get to sell it if you decide to leave the island. But you are expected to build a house on that land. The PI gov’t will make you an interest free construction loan; but again: if you leave, the debt comes with you while the house stays on the island. Could be a pretty slick racket if more (read:any) people were interested in moving there.
