Just because a candidate is not dying on some hill for sports while running doesn’t mean they are transphobic or will impose some transphobic agenda. Meanwhile, the Republicans have members that want to murder people for being gay or trans. Talarico still pledges to support a national ban on surgical interventions that help transgender youth, which may include top surgery or hormone implants. This is some crazy bullshit. This kind of thing should be between parents, the youth, and their doctor(s). A national ban? WTAF. He definitely needs to be moved on that.
