Yesterday morning some of us held a small discussion group on #Tekmîl after reading this essay: https://theanarchistlibrary.org/library/tekosina-anarsist-tekmil-a-tool-for-collective-reflection Tekmîl (Kurdish: ~report) is a set of meeting practices coupled with a philosophy of personal and collective growth, centering on critique and self-criticism, developed in #Rojava. At Kanthaus we have a culture of feedback, also formalized in 'evaluations', but it's a tricky topic and we've a lot to learn. This small group was motivated to try out Tekmîl in a couple of weeks! — @douginamug
