Today is day 24 of keto. I get a cheat day every eighth day; so I was sick this morning. I took 25g roasted redskin peanuts as my gym snack; now that I have given up cheese because of cholesterol. Pulled back on kicks in Bodycombat and lunges in Body Pump and my joints felt better for it. :) (1/5)
