Терять последнюю надежду всегда неприятно. Я будто сижу в холодной комнате, где едва теплится огонек. Я пыталась его раздуть, думала, вот-вот разгорится, и я согреюсь. Но он погас. Спичек нет, и выхода не видно. А когда засыпаю, снится, что огонь горит ярко, и я могу прижаться к нему, согреть руки. Но утром снова холод и пустота. Я просила разрешения согреться, но мне ответили, что это тепло уже обещано другому.

А самое дурацкое, что тело вполне явно реагирует на стресс. В прошлый раз при потрясении меня всю ночь била крупная дрожь, я задыхалась и кололо в сердце. Сегодня тело отреагировало мелкой дрожью, слабостью и тошнотой.

Уровень депрессивного состояния критический. Хочу уехать в тайгу, выкопать землянку и больше никогда и никого не видеть. Уровень усталости физической тоже зашкаливает. Сегодня был первый выходной почти за месяц. Ужасное желание уволиться. Но я так долго искала работу, что страшно. Где найти сил что бы жить эту жизнь....
