I wish I had another way to get things done besides stress and anxiety… My go-to source of motivation is urgency and anxiety. It works in the sense that I get shit done. But it makes me miserable at the same time. It’s like I have an asshole boss inside my head who keeps me going with threats and abuse… Seems like there’s probably a better way, less likely to lead to burnout.
