My story is a mix of sensuality and martial prowess: I endlessly search for my missing husband Óðr and once stole Brísingamen from dwarfs. Seiðr is the shamanic practice I teach. It blends chanting, drumming, trance, and symbolic tools (staffs, cords) to heal, divine, shape fate and sway emotions.
